Toika Open Bottom Roller Shuttle 42cm Toika shuttles are made from carefully selected birch and finished with a clear varnish. With an open bottom and rollers the shuttle is light to use and travels quickly across the warp. This version measures 42cm in length and is 2.5cm deep (16 1/2″ x 1″). The space for the spindle is larger than on the smaller versions of this shuttle, suited more to wider warps and thicker wefts. It weighs 208g helping it travel smoothly across wider warps
